About Us
More than five decades ago, God planted the Oswayo Valley Bible Campground in what was then a field of peas. Like Shamah of Old, Miller's Evangelistic Association (MEA) dedicated that pea patch to the Lord. Since then, God has provided deliverance and healing, helping to build strong believers.
From a vision with small beginnings a tabernacle now stands surrounded by over fourteen acres which are being cultivated for God's glory.
The grounds include dormitories for men, women, and families. The house of worship has a seating capacity of several hundred where the finest spiritual food is served. The natural man isn't neglected; a fully modernized dining hall is also available.
Annually, during the first two weeks of July, people arrive here in the heart of the Enchanted Mountains, from all parts of the country to worship and praise God in the spirit of holiness.
We would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for Spirit-filled fellowship and dynamic preaching and teaching of His Word. Beautiful, soul-stirring gospel music is an important part of every service. We are confident in saying that your spiritual needs will be met, and others will see that you've been with Jesus.
Family Camp is the first to get underway, followed closely by special camp meetings which serve the needs of the children and youth.
What We Believe
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative Word of God. We are endeavoring to build our lives, our Churches, and our homes in accordance with it's message.
We believe in the triune Godhead - Genesis 1:26; Matthew 3:16-17
We believe in God the Father - John 17:1; Matthew 6:9
We believe in God the Son - Who by his death and resurrection has made atonement for mankind, that they who believe on Him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16; 10:10
We believe in God the Holy Spirit - Who was in the beginning but came to indwell men on the Day of Pentecost and baptized the believers and is still baptizing believers today with the evidence of other tongues, and to sanctify and enable them to live a holy life. Acts 2:4; Matthew 28:19; John 15:26; I Peter 1:15-16 Hebrews 12:14
We believe in the fall of man and that now all are born in sin and the only way to forgiveness of sin and eternal life is through repentance and faith in the death of Jesus Christ on the cross in our place. Romans 3:23; 6:23; 10:9-10; 2 Cor. 5:21
We believe in the imminent return of Jesus Christ (rapture). Titus 2:13; I Thessalonians 4:16-18; Revelation 20:1-7; II Thessalonians 1:7-10
